Now that the Galaxy S25 series is out, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7 are Samsung 's next big products . The Korean giant is planning to make some major design changes to the Galaxy Z Fold 7, especially in terms of size. However, not many details about the Galaxy Z Flip 7 have been revealed.
Unlike the Galaxy Z Fold 7, the Galaxy Z Flip 7 is expected to feature a slightly larger display with a thinner chassis.

Previously, the Galaxy Z Flip 6 measured 165.1 x 71.9 x 6.9 mm; the internal display was 6.7 inches and the external display was 3.4 inches. The upcoming Galaxy Z Flip 7 will measure 166.6 x 75.2 x 6.9 mm with a 6.8-inch internal display and a 3.6-inch external display.
Essentially, we're getting a larger Galaxy Z Flip 7 with a larger display but the same thickness. The upcoming foldable flagship will be 6.9mm thick when unfolded and nearly 15mm thick when folded. When unfolded, the Galaxy Z Flip 7 will be 9.1mm thick with a camera bump.

Additionally, the Galaxy Z Flip 7 is expected to feature a dual camera setup consisting of a 50-megapixel main camera and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera. This is the same camera setup as the Galaxy Z Flip 6.
In short, the Galaxy Z Flip 7 will not have any major design changes. Except for a slightly larger screen and size, they will still have the same thickness. This may make the product less competitive compared to its "rivals".
