ssist America, a New Jersey-based provider of global emergency tra
vel assistance ser
vices that generates $20 million in annual assistance revenues.
Founded in 1990, by George W. Howard, III, Assist America primarily
sells its services to insurance companies as part of their corporate ben
efit plan produc
ts. It provides global emergency assistance to 40 million members acr
oss Asia, the Middle East and North America.
