QBE, the business insurer, has announced a strategic partnership with Matrix iQ, a leading provider of connected vehicle and behavioral data solutions.
Through this partnership, QBE customers will be able to access Matrix iQ’s technology-agnostic platform, which prov
ides fleet operators with real-time insights into risk, driver behaviour and claims performance.
The new solution integrates with existing telematics systems and consolidates data—including clai
ms information—into a single, customizable dashboard. Fleet managers can now access trend reports, benchmark perfo
rmance against national averages, and make data-driven decisions to improve safety.
The platform is already being rolled out to selected QBE customers, with broader availability planned in the coming months.

Altrincham, Cheshire, England-based Matrix iQ also provides environmental, social, and governance (ES
G) metrics, enabling fleet managers to track vehicle emissions and sustainability performance.
