Rokstone, the London-based specialty re/insurance MGA th
at is part of the Aventum Group, announced the launch of its International Casualty Division.
The move marks the latest milestone in Rokstone’s strate
gic build-out of its casualty portfolio, following the recent launch of ded
icated units in the U.S. and UK & Ireland all within a matter of months, in
cluding sports and leisure event casualty, U.S. commercial risks, Nor
th American excess casualty and the UK/Ireland casualty division.
Across these five new casualty units, the business anticipates generating over US$850 million in GWP w
ithin five years, testament to its ambitious global vision and fast-growing underwriting footprint.
Sam Wylie

n. A highly regarded figure in the market, Wylie joins from Convex where he served as class underwriter for the past five years.

fitable growth. Based in the UK, he will join Rokstone upon completing his notice period.
The International Casualty Division will be backed by A-rated Lloyd’s capa
city, enabling global underwriting reach and robust long-term security, the company said.
