ed the appointment of Neil Eckert as chief executive officer.
Eckert has been acting
as Conduit’s interim CEO since late March 2025, following the retirement of Tre
vor Carvey. Before assu
ming the role of interim CEO in March, Eckert, Conduit’s founder (along with Carv
ey), had held the position of executive chairman.

Eckert’s appointment is subject to Bermuda immigration approval.
