riting officer with immediate effect, following the decision by Gregory Robert
s to leave Conduit and return to the United Kingdom for personal reasons.

mes on the heels of anoth
er major departure in March
when Conduit Re’s Chief Executive Officer Trevor Carvey decided to step down and retire, effective April 11.

chairman, has assumed the responsibilities of interim chief executive officer with immediate effect.

Pritchard joined Conduit in September 2024 and has more than 20 years of industry experience in the Bermuda and London m
arkets, with a background in l
eading underwriting teams and structuring portfolios of risk and retrocessional programs.
Before joining Conduit, Pritchard most recently served as managing director
at Aon Bermuda. Prior to this, he was responsible for the property catastrophe po
rtfolio at Vantage Risk, following roles earlier in his career at Validus Re and Neon.
Pritchard’s appointment is subject to Bermuda immigration approval.
