Apple's display supports TrueTone and covers the Wide (P3) color gamut. Samsung, on the other hand, offers "Adaptive Color Tone." Where Samsung wins is refresh rate: the Galaxy S25 has a SuperSmooth 1 - 120Hz refresh rate, but the iPhone 16's display is limited to 60Hz.
In terms of contrast, the iPhone 16 has a contrast ratio of 2,000,000:1 and a peak brightness of 2,000 nits. In contrast, the Galaxy S25 has a peak brightness of 2,600 nits - significantly brighter when used outdoors than the iPhone.
Compare cameras
This is where the Galaxy S25 has the advantage. The Samsung phone has three cameras: a 50-megapixel wide-angle camera with an f/1.8 aperture and OIS; a 10-megapixel telephoto camera with an f/2.4 aperture with 3x optical zoom and OIS; and a 12MP ultra-wide camera with an f/2.2 aperture and a 120-degree field of view.
