Samsung's mysterious Galaxy S25 Slim is slowly being revealed ahead of the Unpacked event.

Recently, there were rumors that the Galaxy S25 Slim would be "under 7mm" thick. Notably, the latest source confirmed that the phone is only 6.4mm thick. The overall rendering shows that the body has a familiar design, using metal and glass materials but still stands out compared to other members of the Galaxy S25 series.
The Galaxy S25 Slim has a flat frame, flat display, and triple rear camera cluster from the Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25 Plus.
The Galaxy S25 Slim is significantly thinner than its "brother" versions.
The Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25 Plus, and Galaxy S25 Ultra will be 7.2, 7.3, and 8.2mm thick, respectively. Last year's trio: Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24 Plus, and Galaxy S24 Ultra were even thicker.
Of course, the thickest point of the Galaxy S25 Slim will be just over 8mm (8.3mm to be exact). Although the iPhone 17 Air is expected to have a thinner design, in terms of thickness, Samsung's "warrior" has the upper hand.
Specifications and release date
Most rumors point to a 200MP, 50MP, and 50MP camera on the back of the Galaxy S25 Slim, which could overshadow the iPhone 17 Air's photography capabilities. Samsung's "super product" will be equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, at least 12GB of RAM, and 256GB (or more) of internal storage.

The full dimensions of the phone will be 159 x 76 x 6.4 mm - slightly smaller than the Galaxy S25 Ultra (expected to have a 6.9-inch display). Meanwhile, the Galaxy S25 Plus (expected to have a 6.7-inch display) will be 158.4 mm tall and 75.8 mm wide. In other words, the Galaxy S25 Slim will be somewhere in between these two flagships, with a screen of around 6.8 inches and super thin bezels.
Experts predict that the Galaxy S25 Slim will be released in May 2025 and the product will only make a brief appearance at the Unpacked event next week.
