The launch date of the Galaxy S25 Edge has been revealed by Samsung.
At the Unpacked 2025 launch event, Samsung introduced the "One More Thing" moment with its latest product - the Galaxy S25 Edge, previously known as the Galaxy S25 Slim. This is a smartphone that is expected to have an ultra-thin design. However, the Korean company did not provide any further details about this product during the event.

Recently, an anonymous Samsung representative revealed that the Galaxy S25 Edge will officially launch around April this year, in line with previous rumors that the product would be introduced no later than May. The highlight of the Galaxy S25 Edge is its impressive thinness, said to be only 6.4mm, although this information has not been officially confirmed. Samsung's representative said that this product is "about" 6mm thick.
Additionally, the Galaxy S25 Edge is expected to be similar in size to the S25 Plus, and will be the lightest smartphone in the Galaxy S25 series, which is not too surprising given its slim design. However, it will only be equipped with two rear cameras and will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chip.
