The HMD Sage is expected to feature a 6.55-inch OLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. In terms of cameras, the HMD Sage will feature a dual-camera setup on the back, with both sensors having a resolution of 50 MP. While the battery capacity has not been revealed, the phone is said to support 33W fast wired charging via a USB-C port. Additionally, the device is also said to have an IP52 rating for dust and water resistance, along with a headphone jack and NFC for contactless payments.
HMD smartphones are increasingly following the design trend from Nokia Lumia
The design of the HMD Sage has many similarities with the newly launched HMD Skyline, which is inspired by the Nokia Lumia series of phones . However, the main difference lies in the camera module, with the Sage having only two cameras instead of three like the Skyline. The renders show a polycarbonate frame with a matte finish on the back, along with rumored color options of green, blue, and red.
Currently, HMD has not officially announced information about Sage, including launch date, price and specific markets. However, with information leaked from reliable sources, this device may be introduced soon.
