It's been four years since Sony's PlayStation 5 console launched, so people are starting to wonder when the PlayStation 6 will be released.
According to Unilad, some information showing the release time of the popular PlayStation 6 gaming console has appeared on official online documents released by Sony.
According to published documents, the PS5 will be the shortest-lived PlayStation console to date. We know from previous generations like the original PlayStation and the PS3 that consoles typically have a lifespan of up to 13 years. And the PS6 could be coming sooner than you think.

Publicly available documents have been provided by the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) in response to Microsoft's pending acquisition of Activision Blizzard, PlayStation Lifestyle reports.
While you might think details like this would be kept secret, it does give gamers a better idea of when the console will launch.

On page eight of the 22-page document, Sony states that Microsoft has "offered to continue providing Activision games on PlayStation until 2027."
This information shows that Sony intends to release the PS6 sometime after 2027, which may make PS4 owners need to consider more carefully whether to continue using it or upgrade to the PS5 in the meantime.

However, don't worry too much because Sony's new game consoles are compatible with previous generations.
“When SIE launches the next generation of PlayStation consoles, it will lose access to Call of Duty and other Activision titles, leading to a high likelihood of consumer switching and subsequent loss of competitiveness,” Sony’s document reads, but the specific release date is left blank.
According to Wccftech, AMD has added a new Strix Point-based laptop chip called the Ryzen AI 9 HX 375 to the Ryzen AI 300 lineup.
With powerful performance and especially the extremely impressive NPU (Neural Processing Unit - a specialized neural processor responsible for processing AI-related tasks), this product promises to bring a revolution in the field of artificial intelligence.

The name of this processor suggests that it is a more powerful version of the Ryzen AI 9 HX 370, but the difference between the two is much smaller, with the Ryzen AI 9 HX 375 having an NPU rated at 55 TOPS, as opposed to 50 TOPS on the HX 370.
The AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 375 "Strix" has 12 cores (4 Zen 5 + 8 Zen 5C), 16 threads, 24MB of L3 cache, and 12MB of L2 cache. The chip has a base clock of 2.00 GHz and a boost clock of 5.10 GHz.
In terms of graphics, this processor has an AMD Radeon 890M iGPU with 16 compute units, clocked at 2900 MHz. These parameters are basically quite similar to the previously introduced AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370. However, the most important difference of the AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 375 lies in the NPU.

The AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 375 "Strix" comes with the same XDNA 2 "Ryzen AI" engine as the other Ryzen AI 300 series CPUs but with a slight speed boost to hit a record 55 AI TOPS.
That's 10% faster than the standard Strix chip, which maxes out at 50 TOPS, 15% faster than Intel's Lunar Lake (48 TOPS NPU), and 22% faster than Qualcomm's Snapdragon X Elite (45 TOPS NPU). That makes the NPU on AMD's Strix APUs the fastest NPU available.
