Motorola has just added a new mid-range model to the market with a premium style thanks to a 144 Hz curved OLED screen but costs only 550 USD (13.98 million VND).
Called the Motorola Edge (2024), this product is similar to the Motorola Edge 50 Fusion for the international market but has a better screen and more powerful wireless charging. Compared to its 2023 predecessor, it has a new chip and a larger battery.

structuring, Motorola Edge (2024) has an "infinite edge" screen with a 6.6-inch P-OLED panel curved on both sides for FHD + resolution (20:9) and a maximum brightness of 1300 nits for Scan frequency up to 720 Hz . 10-bit color display at 144 Hz refresh rate, 360 Hz touch sampling rate, and Gorilla Glass 3.
The phone is equipped with Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chip with 8 GB RAM (LPDDR4X) and 256 GB internal memory. The device runs on the Android 14 platform when shipped, with integrated USB-C (USB 3.1/DisplayPort 1.4). 68W fast charging capability allows charging the 5000 mAh battery from 0-50% in just 15 minutes. There's also 15W wireless charging, a feature missing on the Edge 50 Fusion.

The 2024 version is 8.1 mm thin and weighs 184 grams, thicker and heavier than 7.6 mm and 168 grams on its predecessor. However, the Edge (2023) has a smaller 4300 mAh battery. Motorola continues to use quality faux leather for the back of the device.
The main camera is equipped with a Sony Lytia 700C sensor, a 50 MP sensor with a pixel size of 1.0µm (2.0µm with merging feature), supporting PDAF and OIS optical focus. The 13 MP (120°) ultra-wide camera also functions as a macro camera. Both can record 4K video at 30fps, the main camera can also record 1080p video at 60fps. The selfie camera has a 32 MP sensor with a pixel size of 0.7µm that supports 1080p video recording at 60 frames per second.

The phone doesn't have a headphone jack but supports stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos. Local connectivity includes 5G sub-6GHz, Wi-Fi 6E(ax), Bluetooth 5.2 and NFC. This is a dual SIM phone with 1 physical SIM tray (nano) and 1 eSIM. Like last year, the phone is rated IP68, giving it the ability to survive at a depth of 1.5 meters for half an hour.
Motorola Edge (2024) will be available in the US from June 20 at a price of 550 USD. The company's plans for launching the product to the international market are still unclear.
